Urlicer is a URL shortener and link management platform for marketers, small teams, and developers. Every link gets a short URL on a shared domain or on a custom domain you own, plus a QR code, unmetered on every plan, including the free one. Clicks are tracked in real time with country, device, browser, and referrer breakdowns and saved filter views. CSV export is on the paid plans. On the paid plans a link can carry a custom alias, an expiry date, or a password, and bulk creation accepts pasted lists or CSV, including a Bitly export as it is. The Team plan adds geo and device targeting, A/B rotation across destinations, and the QR centre logo; the workspace audit log is on Business. Team workspaces with roles and invitations are included from the entry paid plan. Every link can carry a name and notes. On the paid plans links are filed in nested folders, with analytics per folder, and a workspace can set shared UTM naming rules that new and edited links are checked against. A REST API with bearer tokens is available on every tier, free included, with per-plan rate limits. A click on a link is answered with a plain redirect: no preview page, no advertising, no consent dialog. Analytics are cookieless and EU-hosted, so Urlicer requires no cookie consent banner.
