For later-stage hiring, uRecruits supports offer letter management (drafting, routing, and versioning), and can coordinate background checks and drug screenings through integrated vendors. Teams can conduct interviews using integrated interview rooms with audio and video, while capturing structured feedback and keeping hiring decisions organized in a single workspace. Agentic AI in uRecruits is designed to assist recruiters across key steps—drafting job content, recommending candidates, assessments, coordinating scheduling, and summarizing progress—while keeping humans in control of approvals and final decisions.
