With the use of metadata, you can gather optional or mandatory input from your drivers or dispatchers, which can be customized on client or flow level. UX is very intuitive and easy to use. The support team is very reactive and always eager to think along to find a solution for your problem. Extensive API to integrate with the rest of your application landscape. **What do you dislike about URBANTZ?** Sometimes slow loading times, but this is improving. Pickup & delivery cannot be combined as a single task. Lack of written documentation so no general overview of all the features and capabilities. **What problems is URBANTZ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly route planning and keeping track of our last-mile deliveries. ### 3. Furthermore, the responsiveness of the teams reassures us in its use in case of problems. **What do you dislike about URBANTZ?** The tool remains very expensive (more than the rest of the market), so make sure you need all its features. **What problems is URBANTZ solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to set up a transport subsidiary on Réunion Island, completely managed by Urbantz. ### 4.
