Easy to use, even a layman having very little computer knowledge can use it after a bit of guidance, prompt service, and what else a business person expects for smooth operation for his business.. There is not even a single point of contact whom we should reach. No one bothers in support because of less staff I think. Queries remain unsolved for 10-15 days. The escalation process takes a lot of time. This hampers our business a lot but no one bothers. Don't know Founders are looking into this or not. This is an important platform so queries should be solved within a day. At times entire operations in our cafes got stuck just because of the lack of support.
