What do you like best about UrbanPiper?

The product dramatically simplifies operations and the business owner gets accurate data. Once you start using this tool, you can never go back. Urban Piper helps use receive orders from different channels into one platform, which is in turn, integrated with our POS. Benefits

1. simplification and accuracy in billing as the orders don't have to be re-entered into the POS

2. online menus all modifiable in one place

3. visibility on order times, stock outs, etc

4. upload images centrally to all menus at once

What do you like best about UrbanPiper?

Its simple hasslefree interface is the best thing today in food agregator industry. And there constant urge for improvement keeps enhancing the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UrbanPiper?

Nothing to dislike right now as they have already covered the gaps with the launch of new atlas interface....hopefully they will not give any oppurtunity to dislike in future too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UrbanPiper solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem was of updating a simple menu for my numerous outlet on numerous platform by mailing menu from registered mail of each individual outlet to various aggregator platform mail id....at one instant i mailed 40 separate mails to update just 1 simple menu.Now its just a matter of 2 clicks ....only possible due to urbanpiper. Other than this just to manage all your orders of various agregators on a single interface like prime is a boon in itself for the end user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Urban Piper understands the needs of their clients and industry correctly and develops products at an affordable price with top notch service and a brilliant after sales experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UrbanPiper?

There is a limitation when it comes to themes to choose from and customise at a UI UX level.

Lacks detailed customer cohort analysis.

Very little support provided to make the best use of the platform, it'll be helpful if UP can help educate their partners to generate more business and leverage the platform efficiently.

There should be an option to reach out to swiggy/Zomato support teams through the prime app.

Our biggest challenge was to efficiently manage orders across 8 locations from one POS, UP Prime helped us solve that challenge efficiently.

What do you like best about UrbanPiper?

Best platform for restaurants. Integration of aggregators of Zomato, swiggy, etc got done in a single email. Great support for their tech and service. Highly Cost effective for a single outlet or a chain of outlets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UrbanPiper?

One of their earlier dashboard (quint) was a little hard for the non technical team to understand, but with their amazing new update on the new dashboard (Atlas) the non tech staff found it very easy to operate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
