# How to get noticed by upwork enterprise clients?
I've been working with Upwork as a dedicated freelancer since 2013. I delivered many projects successfully to a few clients around the world with a job success score of 100% and Upwork labeled me as a top rated freelancer but. I haven't got the chance to work with it's premium clients, or included in any talent network. Do you have any suggestions on how to be included in one of those networks?

# Why do I get no refund for the projects that never goes live?
Why am I have to keep making payments over and over to send proposals to each projects? I get it you have to avoid spamming, but it's also legit that you guys are ditching money out of hopeless freelancers pocket.

# I am not an expert in all the fields where I have to hire people. How do you deal with diffrent backgrouds and cultures?
Finding the right words, tune with freelancers, who have diffrent levels in the diffrent fieds and cultures can be a challenge. From my point of view, it is a good advice, when you never lose your kindness.
