Simple, Flexible Visual Boards That Streamline Team Collaboration **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026 **What do you like best about UpWave?** The best thing about app save platform is its combination of simplicity with structure project management their visual boards makes our project management task easier to track paradise and progress without much of an effort from our team and the best thing stands out in this platform is its flexibility they can also use it for marketing campaigns operations or even any internal planning without much of heavy customization and this platforms collaboration features like Commons and task management and file sharing all being centralised which reduce the effort of juggling with multiple tools. **What do you dislike about UpWave?** Though this platform is easy to use, sometimes I can feel it's a bit limited when managing highly complex or large-scale projects, and their advanced reporting and automation features are not as deep as some of the enterprise tools out there. Their integration tools are also somewhat limited when compared to the other bigger platforms in the space; their user interface needs polishing. **What problems is UpWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Upwave helps us by eliminating scattered task management across multiple spaces, such as emails, spreadsheets and charts. It also provides us a clear, transparent visual on tracking project progress in real time and aligning with our cross-functional team members on priority. It also helped us in improving accountability with task ownership, and by doing that, it reduces the communication gap between the team. ### 2. It’s super easy to create boards and keep everything organized. I also love that I can easily collaborate with my team without it feeling overwhelming. The drag and drop feature is great too. It makes everything feel smooth and intuitive. **What do you dislike about UpWave?** It would be nice to have more integrations with other apps I use daily. Also, sometimes the notifications can get a little spammy if you’re on a lot of boards. Not a huge deal, but something that could be improved. **What problems is UpWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** UpWave helps me keep my team aligned and on the same page with different projects. Before, we had tasks scattered across emails and chats, which was super messy. Now it’s all in one place and way easier to track progress and deadlines.
