As a developer - Upvoty has been the EASIEST solution to deploy. Legitimately, deployed to production in a matter of MINUTES, not hours or days as some competitor products. Since the redesign, the 2.0 as they call it, I'm back in love with Upvoty. They're doing a great job and the new team is super good on support as well. That's the main reason I'm doing this review. What problems is Upvoty solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us gather feedback among our users and without the help of Upvoty, it's a real pain. We do want to collect feedback and give our users a voice, but don't want to spend endless conversations with our customers. We've used this app for around 6 months. We've been able to collect a lot of data. Unfortunately due to bad UX, we have lost most of the data that we've collected through this software. What do you dislike about Upvoty? Customer support is terrible, takes ages to respond to the most simple requests. Unfortunately they are not responsive to more pressing issues like their system charging us twice for the same month. Refund is still pending. I would recommend going with an alternative. We use Upvoty to collect feedback within all of our different products. I like how it comes together in 1 portal.
