The platform is super easy to use, navigate and has features I would not event think about. I like the solo option for reasonable pricing and integrations, SMS/push notifications are handy too. There really isn't much to dislike about it. It does what it says. I guess, if I had to nitpick, i'd say that the few issues that i've encountered have taken a bit to resolve. However, they were not simple issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UptimeRobot solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a simplified up/down dashboard and notifier for us. We have other products that can do this, but they are more expensive, more advanced, more difficult to configure, and more work to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Few steps to setup, great results in monitoring"

What do you like best about UptimeRobot?

We have been using our website monitoring and API for the past 5 years and have loved how easy it is to set up and being notified as soon as something is no longer correct has allowed us to fix bugs as quickly as possible. The query time set to 5 min is one of the best ways to integrate avoiding too much load on the server, so far due to the ease of use we have not required customer support yet. What do you dislike about UptimeRobot?

So far, we haven't found anything worth commenting on in the technological aspect. The only thing we didn't like was when they removed functions from the status pages of free accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
