## UptimeObserver Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is UptimeObserver free, or does it offer a free trial?

Yes. According to G2 data, UptimeObserver offers a free plan with limited features. Users can upgrade to paid plans for additional capabilities. Visit the seller's official pricing page to compare plan options and features.

How much does UptimeObserver cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, UptimeObserver pricing in 2026 starts at €5.00 and can reach €20.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the UptimeObserver's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is UptimeObserver pricing best suited for?

UptimeObserver's pricing is best suited for small businesses and independent developers, as confirmed by G2 reviewer demographics — all reviewers identify as small business users (50 or fewer employees), predominantly in IT and services. The free tier fits solo developers or early-stage projects monitoring up to 20 endpoints. UptimeObserver's Indie tier at €5/month suits small teams needing 1-minute checks, Slack/Discord alerts, and branded status pages. The Pro tier at €20/month targets growing IT teams managing 500+ endpoints requiring 30-second intervals and multi-region reliability. G2 reviewers specifically value UptimeObserver as a managed alternative to self-hosted monitoring infrastructure.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of UptimeObserver?

UptimeObserver's free tier covers 20 monitors at 5-minute intervals, one status page, HTTP/DNS/Port monitoring, email and basic chat support, and 2 webhooks — permanently free. UptimeObserver's paid plans unlock significantly tighter check intervals (1 minute on Indie at €5/month, 30 seconds on Pro at €20/month), SSL and domain monitoring, Slack and Discord alerts, custom-domain status pages, and up to 500 webhooks. G2 reviewers highlight Telegram notifications as a standout alert channel, available across all tiers. The primary upgrade drivers are monitor volume, check frequency, and branded status pages — features absent or capped on the free tier.

Is UptimeObserver considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers rate UptimeObserver 5.0/5 overall, with small business users in IT and services consistently praising the generosity of UptimeObserver's pricing relative to competing uptime monitoring platforms. One G2 reviewer explicitly notes that 'the plans feel generous compared to other uptime monitoring platforms.' The free tier alone covers 20 monitors and multi-channel alerts at no cost, which is a strong entry point. UptimeObserver's paid plans start at just €5/month for the Indie tier, scaling to €20/month for Pro with 500 monitors and 30-second check intervals. The only concern surfaced in G2 reviews is that some features are not fully finished, which is worth noting for teams with advanced requirements.

What do you like best about UptimeObserver?

The monitors are easy to set up and use. The UptimeObserver team is helpful and quick to respond, and the plans feel generous compared to other uptime monitoring platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UptimeObserver?

Some features are not fully finished yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UptimeObserver solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use UptimeObserver to monitor the availability of both internal and external services. As a managed platform, UptimeObserver takes care of maintaining all the infrastructure dedicated to monitoring, while also providing features like multi-region monitoring, which would be more complicated for us to deliver if we were self-hosting a monitoring platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
