"Uptime Labs is a win win for business"
5/5
What do you like best about Uptime Labs?

Uptime Labs uses everyday/real life examples of major incidents and over time, develops muscle memory in what to look out for and who to engage with, for the numerous types of major incidents that occur. The trainers for Uptime Labs are also very easy going, easy to talk to and are great and giving advice, hints and tips, especially in the drill debriefs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime Labs?

Nothing major to dislike right now. Uptime Labs are also introducing new drills all the time that test knowledge and are more relevant to the work that I do. Do they take onboard and feedback and action it accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incident Readiness Without the Risks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Uptime Labs?

The realism of their simulations. Every scenario feels authentic, challenging our team to think fast, collaborate effectively, and adapt just like in a real incident without the production risks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime Labs?

Nothing major though it would be great if scenarios could be customized even further to match our company’s specific environment, systems, and naming conventions. This would make the simulations even more relevant and realistic for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Uptime labs improves the way you think and helps you build a root cause analysis or way of working to manage the resolution of issues without wasting much time. It's a gamified approach, so will not be a boring one to start with, gives insights into how well or measured is the attempt to resolve issues and provides a theme for introspection.
