UX is confusing - when you submit it doesn't automatically close out, so it's easy to make duplicate pos. **What problems is Uptempo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organizing complex budgets ### 2. I think the training classes are good to opt in to. **What do you dislike about Uptempo?** So, so difficult to make my way around the grid / data. Trying to see what's not already showing in columns to the right is painful. I can't seem to find a good way to view my entire budget in a single screen view, so I always end up downloading my budget into an Excel spreadsheet where I can view and make my way around better...then I try to transfer it back into Allocadia. Could be an issue of how it works with a MAC, but frustrating. I also get limited info for mapping, so I always have to consult several other resources to try and figure out what each expense is. **What problems is Uptempo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simply trying to manage my annual budget. The mapping is probably the only benefit I've realized. ### 3. Once I got a professional to help me learn the basics I got the hang of it. Helped me save a lot of money. **What do you dislike about Uptempo?** A little complicated to use at first. I had to hire someone to help me use it for DK. But once I got the hang of it, it was easier to use. A few tech issues... but I mean it happens with any software. I do wish it wasn’t so expensive. But good software isn’t cheap lol **Recommendations to others considering Uptempo:** If you have the money get it. **What problems is Uptempo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps me manage assets and planning ### 4. It has taken us almost an entire year to implement the tool because it doesn't really flow well with our current data structures. After working with them for these months, they claim they don't deal with "gray" areas very well, which unfortunately is a large portion of our data. **Recommendations to others considering Uptempo:** Be very clear on your data structure before you go into implementation. **What problems is Uptempo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Marketing ROI - on a campaign level. ### 5.
