UpSlide is very useful for organizing our materials into one easily accessible place. We no longer have to open multiple power points to copy and paste slides while simultaneously keeping up version control. It's very tedious and time-consuming replacing slides in the library one by one. We are aware that you can save slides as a deck, but for the purposes of our materials, this is not a good way of saving things, and we need to do it individually. When refreshing linked charts and schedules in PPT from Excel, it is frustrating that best practice is to only have one Excel file open while doing this. Though it is currently the best practice to have one Excel file open, you can have all of your files open when utilizing the Excel to PowerPoint Link. This suggestion is to ensure that your data points update as quickly as possible. Have leveraged UpSlide across two organisations, and over 8 years in total - provides a significant step up productivity, consistency across our presentations, and traceability/ease of review. Not sure how we could live without it now! What is standout to me is the level of customer service and care - the UpSlide team is always available to assist in enhancements and new ways to further drive productivity gains. UpSlide is a great complement to other productivity software - we leverage ThinkCell alongside UpSlide for our presentations.
