Flexibility and expediency. We were able to post shifts for all times during our day and have them filled. Once we established a solid roster, posts could be directed at specific Upshifters who were the best fit. We were also able to get shifts filled when we had last minute needs. The app allows our managers to easily staff and track the Upshifters applying and being accepted to our units. Our dining program continued to grow but our labor pool did not.
