What do you like best about Upsales Sales and Marketing Platform?

There are many features that are good in this system, but for me, who primarily uses it as a customer database, it's the simplicity that is best. Being able to track events and keep track of when I should contact the customer (and how) as well as being able to see purchases and history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upsales Sales and Marketing Platform?

I wish there were more ways to sort the order in which I should contact the customers. "Date" is a blunt tool when you have a large customer database and mixed levels of importance. Just setting priority or not priority is not enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
