AI API pricing is scattered across per-token, per-1K, and per-1M units and buried behind marketing, so comparing providers means hours of unit math. Uprouter is an independent directory of AI API providers that normalizes every price to USD per 1M tokens, values each free tier in dollars at the provider's own rate, and runs its own best-effort uptime probes. Every entry carries source URLs, a last-verified date, a data-confidence flag, and a full change history. Uprouter Connect then routes requests to many providers through one OpenAI- and Claude-compatible key with failover, daily spend caps, and per-request metering. Built for indie developers, startup engineers, and technical founders who need cheap or free LLM access without building their own routing. Browse the directory free at uprouter.online and test Connect with the free sandbox model.
