Emails with new jobs that are interesting to me are also great, we can apply with few clicks. The people that I communicate with are super kind, responsive and helpfull. They also try their best to get freelancers the best deals and notify them when things change. The process of getting in was a while ago but that was also simple and short - didn't take weeks and a lot of my working hours to pass it. Emails I get are super short and simple. There aren't adds or CTAs that I'd never click. That's sweet. Rates that UPPER offers are competitive and attractive and that's been the case for years now. I do use other platforms but Upper is the simplest one and it seems that it provides best results regarding the projects I've worked on and the experience I've had on those projects.
