I found the whole user experience to be not just intuitive but also very smooth. uPort has made managing my digital identification a stress-free and safe experience. Highly recommended! **What do you dislike about Veramo?** So far, I haven't found much wrong with uPort. In our testing, the platform proved to be secure and resilient. One small complaint is the procedure for recovering your uPort identity if you lose access to it, which requires engaging with smart contract addresses rather than a better user experience. **What problems is Veramo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to have little control over my identity data online. Companies stored all my personal information. Now I use uPort to control my own identifiers and data. I decide what information gets shared and who sees it. uPort lets services issue tamper-proof credentials about me. I can share credentials privately to prove facts about myself. This puts me in charge of my identity, not outside companies. I can securely reuse my identity everywhere through uPort. Services benefit from easy decentralized identity verification. I love using reusable KYC credentials. The interface is good and friendly, intuitive and easy to learn. **What do you dislike about Veramo?** So far without major difficulties with uPort and the features, security are all in agreement. **What problems is Veramo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The system is robust and intelligent.
