**What do you like best about Upodi?**

Upodi has changed my subscription management game since I started using it. It is simple to set up and navigate because to its clear and intuitive UI. I like how it makes client management and billing easier. In addition, the support staff is friendly and quick to respond to my inquiries. All things considered, Upodi has simplified subscription management. I heartily endorse it!

**What do you dislike about Upodi?**

The fact that Upodi's reporting features could be more comprehensive is one thing I find objectionable. It can be difficult for me at times to obtain particular insights without exporting the data and doing a separate analysis. Additionally, if you are unfamiliar with subscription management systems, the initial setup may be a little complicated.

**What problems is Upodi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my e-commerce company, I mostly utilize Upodi to automate and manage subscription billing. It facilitates the smooth handling of customer subscriptions, recurring payments, and invoicing. I also utilize it to learn more about subscription trends and consumer behavior. The issue of manually handling subscription billing and invoicing is resolved by Upodi. I save a ton of time and lower the possibility of human error by automating these procedures. I can now concentrate more on expanding my company instead of being mired down in administrative duties thanks to this efficiency. Additionally, Upodi offers insightful data on subscription patterns and client behavior, which aids in my decision-making to maximize revenue and enhance retention.

**What do you like best about Upodi?**

Definitely the automation. You just set up a subscription once for a client and it will send the bill automatically. Renewals also happen automatically.

**What do you dislike about Upodi?**

I haven't had any real problems. The only thing that sometimes bothers me is that the connection with Aiia sometimes fails. I don't know if this is an issue by Upodi or Aiia, but Upodi support is always very helpful.

**What problems is Upodi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to do a lot of manual work for invoicing. For every new client we had to input all data manually and for every renewal we had to make a new invoice manually. Using Upodi, we linked our HubSpot to Upodi to automatically populate the client's data and the subscription. So we only have to double-check it and activate it. Renewal is also fully automatically done by Upodi. Upodi saves me a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Upodi?**

Especially on-boarding process was really smooth and Upodi staff is very helpful in every stage! Also platform features suits all of our needs for subscription and billing management!

**What do you dislike about Upodi?**

I think there's always some hickups when a new platform is implemented into use but Upodi staff has always taken our support requests with top priority and required urgency.

Upodi is solving our subscription management needs and gives needed features for automated billing flow.

Upodi are making the everyday much easier and the support is very quick and helpfull.

**What do you dislike about Upodi?**

We was not getting everything that we were promised from the beginning, but Upodi was very helpfull to find a solution on the issue.

They make the workflow in the everyday much easier.

Upodi have made et easy for us to overview our products ands customers, and send out subctription bills at the right time automaticly, which has freed up time for other tasks.

Easy to use and good customer support. We use it daily with quite heavy load.

So far haven't find much to dislike, let's see if futurue changes that
