**What do you like best about UPMX?**

The best part about UPMX which we liked is its ability to help with Enterprise Transformation Management  i.e. ETM, Enterprise Portfolio Management  i.e. EPM & Enterprise Architecture Management  i.e. EAM. This really helps in carrying out end-to-end business management.

**What do you dislike about UPMX?**

I feel that UPMX dashboards can be made a bit more user-friendly. Though the functionality and other aspects are no doubt flawless. Adding easiness in usage can make it stand unique w.r.t. to its competitors.

**What problems is UPMX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UPMS has partnered with Service Now which helps its customers to leverage the capabilities of ServiceNow with UPMX's capabilities thereby making it stand unique in terms of features as well as pricing.
