The main benefit is having a structured framework for building a business plan. Beyond that, I struggled to find meaningful advantages over general AI tools. The biggest issue is trust. I cancelled my subscription before renewal, received no confirmation email or cancellation record, and was charged again on the renewal date. Whether this was a technical issue or a process failure, the outcome was the same: I paid for a service I believed I had already cancelled.
