I really like the ability to search and find contacts that we have been targeting for months, sometimes years. We are a small business and a small sales team - so any time we are able to cut down the research and bad info - the better. We invested in Uplead prior to covid and have found it to be an effective and accurate tool in finding our target market based on vertical, title, location, size and intent. Finding leads in my industry is tough, so UpLead's been a lifesaver. The best parts are definitely:

- Those detailed filters: I don't waste time on generic lists. I can target people by their exact job title, the kind of company they work for, the whole nine yards.

- Knowing emails are good: Bounced emails are the worst. UpLead checking them beforehand means my campaigns actually reach people.

Honestly, there's not much to complain about, but a couple of things:

- Info isn't always perfect: The email check is awesome, but sometimes the contact details themselves are a bit old. I have to double-check those occasionally.

Uplead automatically verifies the email's accuracy that they provide you, which is really great since it help you decide whether or not you want to send an email, and expose your email account to risk of getting classified as a spammer. The database is pretty robust as far as companies and contacts, and a fair number of cell phones are listed.
