The filtering system of Uplead is pretty good, and it helps us reach our targeted leads within a few clicks. Other lead sourcing tools force you into paying for a bunch of garbage along with the good stuff. Customer support is very helpful too, and they allow you to "pause" your account during months when you're not using it as much. Clearly, they are designing around the end-user, which every business should be doing. **What do you dislike about UpLead?** There are still some caching bugs that make it so I have to clear my cache from time to time to get Uplead working optimally again... but that's really the extent of my complaints, and I can solve that issue pretty easily. **What problems is UpLead solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Uplead, I can segment my target customers and pursue only the highest value leads first by using the filtering tools judiciously. Additionally, when I had questions about enterprise pricing and needed some help, Uplead support team responded almost immediately. We are a SaaS B2B company with excellent support, so we know it when we see it. My rep Russel responded to all questions immediately, and I felt they were very transparent with their pricing, indicating they are customer-centric. I highly recommend them.
