The user interface is simple and easy to navigate. The integration in Salesforce.com is also extremely useful. I like that ROInnovation syncs with Chatter so I receive email updates when assets are updated, changed and shared. I also like the "Top Assets" - assets that are most commonly being used by the rest of the sales organization and "Latest Assets" - assets that have been recently updated and/or added to the Vault/ROInnovation. The tagging system on the backend/administrative side is extremely complicated making it hard for end users to find content. I have yet to fully understand how the tagging system works and it's extremely difficult to find tailored content for my prospects.
