Easily tracks edits made to content with track changes to show who wrote what and when. Easily keep track of content updates, reviews, and approvals / version control. Users also often require more training to navigate efficiently making for a steeper learning curve. Qvidian also has some limited collaboration features compared to other platforms. We were previously wasting time manually answering RFPs, RFIs and DDQs using old documents and copy and paste and emailing SMEs for approvals.
