I find the analysis features of Qvidian most useful. I can see how many times my entries have been used - and from there, I can identify trends in the questions asked in RFPs. Qvidian provides several robust options for content management. I like that I am not tied to one method, but can chose the option that works best for me to accomplish my work in a timely manner. I can easily work with Subject Matter Experts and provide them with information in the format that works best for them. The ablity to easily respond to portal RFPs and requests without using copy paste. I have been able to create self-service deliverables for my sales and service organizations that include proposals, quotes, SOW's, security questionares and Powerpoint presentations. I am able to focus on the quaility of the proposal rather than rewriting answers. As a result our win rates have increased and our sales and services team are able to quickly create client facing documents (SOW's, Presentations, Security Quesitionnares, RFP Responses and Proposals). Qvidian is an intuitive tool that has helped us move, as a proposal team, from totally disorganized and looking through past bids for the simplest information, to completely organized and curated.
