## Upland Qvidian Reviews
  ### 1. Key RFP Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

Qvidian is the major tool on which our RFP team relies on when answering to client questions. We use it as a knowledge databasis but also as a tool to create our RFP templete forms. It is easy to use, fast and it completely meets our expectations and needs.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

It is just great, no negative comments, I can only recomment it.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qvidian saves me a lot of time because with it I can prepare in a few minutes a brand new RFP template ready to use. In this way, I can concentrate on filling in the content with company and product specific information. Qvidian helps me improve my productivity and results.

  ### 2. Vice President, Due Diligence, Portfolio Oversight

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Radhika B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

Qvidian is a centralized source of content repository that can be utilized to efficiently manage the completion of RFPs and DDQs and house updated language. It is user friendly and can be accessed by other subject matter experts to collaborate the review and editing process while maintaining an audit trail of the last update. The automation functionality is great and works alongside word/excel/browser.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

No material dislikes thus far. We need to make the most use of the database by staying on track with all the new features and optimizing the usage for our benefit to create process efficiencies.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The database allows to house content in a sytematic manner and serves as a one-stop shop to search for content and allow multiple users to gain access and use the database collaboratively.

  ### 3. Easy to put together proposals

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evelyn B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

I like the document templates which mean that over half the work is already done before I start. The doc templates are reasonably easy to set up initially, then you don't have to worry about them again. I've also gotten good response back from Qvidian whenever I've had a question.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

I wish the reporting was easier to use and had more flexibility. I had to create a custom report for what should be routine information about changes to the Qvidian content database.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qvidian helps us ensure our content is up to date and that it is consistent across proposals. It's also made it easy for us to create "bundles" of information that can be dropped in as a group rather than searching and inserting each piece of content seperately.

  ### 4. Content Management, Content Mastery

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** AJ W. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

Qvidian is a comprehensive, easy-to-use tool that provides RFP-specific content management and proposal generation capabilities. The HPE Aruba Networking RFP team uses Qvidian to store and access boilerplate and requirement responses to help efficiently generate consistent, formatted proposals. As a Content Manager for the RFP team, I find the seamless record and record metadata management to be the most helpful part of the tool. The ability to easily update templates, keywords, review dates, owners, and other properties helps me maintain a larger number of records than a typical SharePoint repository. The various types of content editing features allow me to maintain control and oversight of records that require review from Qvidian users and non-users in the HPE organization. I also appreciate the ease with which I can share and post boilerplate records for those in the organization that do not have a Qvidian license through generated URL links, which minimizes the boilerplate management and centralizes the location. I highly recommend the Advanced Conent Management learning path provided by Upland (which allowed me to go from a mediocre user to a super user of the tool), and the Microsoft Add-Ins (which allow users with a Qvidian license to search and add content to proposals directly in Microsoft Word or Excel).

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

The only downside to using Qvidian is the limited number of users in my organization who have a license. While this is not necessarily a comment on the tool, itself, it would be helpful if the generated web links (which allow Qvidian users to share records with others that do not have a Qvidian license) had a longer lifespan. This would lower the manual effort to maintain links to standard boilerplate documents on a SharePoint accessed by HPE users that do not have a Qvidian license.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I started at HPE Aruba Networking, a lot of the Qvidian content was expired or stale. There had been a gap of several months in maintenance, and it was up to me to gain control of the content while also navigating our Journey to One rebranding. I was grateful for the support of my team who also had a host of newer content ready for upload to "replace" the stale content. In a typical SharePoint environment like I was used to, this task would have been almost Herculean and unmanageable for one person. However, Qvidian's array of features made this task much more manageable. I was able to easily update the template for thousands of records with the “Apply Template” feature and deactivate the old template for the users through the architectural properties. I was able to update properties for multiple records (including owners, review dates, and keywords), add custom metadata to help track what had been reviewed, and export large numbers of records all merged in one Word file to find and replace the company and updated product names. The “Bulk Upload” features allows me to break up and store large requirement response files from my team into individual records for future RFPs. The “Similar Content” features allows me to remove or archive duplicate content or previous versions of old content. I was also able to add new keywords in the administrative menu that seamlessly populated to the properties menu for records I was uploading. The customizable Content Summary view in the Details Panel also allows me to review the necessary metadata as I work through the files. These features, and many others, have solved a number of logistical business issues through my rebranding and content management efforts.

A like the fact that the tool is using Microsoft word, which is a tool that I'm familiar with. Its very pleasant to change a document without opening every files.

I think that the log in time is too short? Because when you are working and Qvidian disconnect so quickly, its a bit disturbing. And sometimes the search bar can't find a long serie of word.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It serves us as a cloud where we can modify our online library. We also use it to create our standard due diligences. Its easy for us because we are a team of 4 so its praticle to have this kind of online tool.

  ### 10. Our experience with Qvidian has been excellent.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

We usually have several SMEs contributing to a project - for us, project management and tracking capabilities are essential. The Library provides our team with consistent, verified answers.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

We have to use customer-formated documents for our responses. Qvidian can't preserve custom formating.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a small bid management team, and we could not respond to the volume of opportunities we do without Qvidian. The ability to allow a number of people to simultaneously work on a project and use established answers in the library are very important for us.

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

Qvidian contains all the elements required for generating sales proposals, answering RFx documents, , keeping content up to date, managing PowerPoint slide decks, and so much more. I have been in demos with many of the other competitors and functionality wise Qvidian is a top notch solution.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

I can always count on customer support to help me with any issues. My wish list is small but one thing is improving the architecting of the document automation feature. This is on their roadmap. It is a great feature, just could be easier.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aside from RFPs, it helps us stay consistent with our messaging when generating sales proposals. This is done through the Document Automation process. It takes less than 10 minutes to generate a sales proposal.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

Qvidian is an intuitive tool that has helped us move, as a proposal team, from totally disorganized and looking through past bids for the simplest information, to completely organized and curated.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

I don't have a lot of dislikes about Qvidian. Some of the changes to the new UI have still taken me some time to figure out and some of them have made Qvidian more complicated.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

The online capabilities that work with Microsoft Office products. Easy to use.

Like the additional features they provide to assist their clients as well. Service to help update your database, etc.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

So many features, not enough time to learn all of the capabilities.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to have a database that we can use to provide consistant responses to questions from the field.

  ### 31. I use Qvidian every day and also with my previous company.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen K. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

Ease of use, customer support and frequency of use.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

Nothing but sometimes the onlline training is not what I am looking for.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First place to look but we have to "beef" it up!

  ### 32. Qividan Platform Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

Qvidian makes it easy to build proposals! It is very user-friendly and has guidance on how to navigate the features.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

Adding content to the library can be cumbersome at times.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qvidian's select-a-response option reduces the amount of time it takes to answer questions and create content.

  ### 33. RFP responses at your fingertips

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Investment Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

The ability to see content records (RFP responses) along with all its relevant information in one glance.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

Smart marking documents to upload new content into the system is still manual. It has become less cumbersome over time but it is still manual.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Completing first drafts of RFP documents in 1 day instead of 3+ days.

  ### 34. Offers the features that we needed

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron Shaw F. | Senior Technical Consultant / Qvidian Technical Admin, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

The interface is constantly improving and the tool offers the features that we need to rollout a fairly complicated deployment of the application with our sales force (our customers) and with our subject matter experts (our responders).

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

There's a lot going on in the Project response screens and sometimes it's a bit confusing.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a high volume of requests for assistance in answering RFPs which Qvidian allows us to finally handle with much less stress, and as importantly, we are able to measure KPIs much more readily, i.e. how many requests arrive, how big is the library, when are RFPs completed, etc.

  ### 35. Complete tool to respond RFPs and making solution documents

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

It helps to quickly formulate the solution documents
I like the format
It also suggest where sales team need to input as per customer requirements.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

It needs to be updated as soon as product goes GA. It takes lot of time to onboard new products

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick solution documents
Uniformity of content across different proposals

  ### 36. Very helpful and a timesaver

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

The autopopulate response feature helps you quickly complete 50 or more responses to standardized questions. Its a legit timesaver when working on lengthy RFP/RFI questionnaires.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

It is a process to create a standardized library of content. Creating a library requires work and regular content updates. But once you have a process in place it is a big help.

**Recommendations to others considering Upland Qvidian:**

Make sure you invest in building up a content library before implementing qvidian.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduced search time for content. The suggested responses list help to pick and choose the most fitting response from among a laundry list of possible responses.

  ### 37. Great tool - we used it regularly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya B. | Account Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

Best thing about using it is how our teams can collaborate on proposals and bid documents

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

Workflow approval tool could be simplified a bit more.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration between teams was a big challenge considering people are working all remotely. Qvidian takes that pain away.

  ### 38. This is great software I have used ever and like its flow and functionality

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working on proposal and management presentations

  ### 40. a wonderful system for content management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

Working in the world of RFXs (Request for...Proposals/Information/Quotes etc). a system where you can store content which can then be reused and customised for clients is essential. Qvidian offers an intuitive search function for content making the information you require easy to find.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

If you have a content management system you need to make sure those in charge maintain it effectively or else you can end up with multiple records for the same content, this misuse is one of my major dislikes.

**Recommendations to others considering Upland Qvidian:**

use it to store answers to questions, don't upload bulk documents (e.g. full response documents that you sent to a client). Qvidian is best used in it's simplest form and that is storing boiler plate content which can then be catered when needed for bids.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to turn around answers for clients in a short space of time, Qvidian allows you to keep all your content in once place and it can be used at the click of a couple of buttons. The content can also be updated (providing you have admin rights) which certainly helps when working on bids.

  ### 41. Great tool to manage RFP's and create automated documents

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nancy B. | Sales Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2017

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

The feature set keeps getting better. With options to import RFP documents from Word/Excel; to performing auto-fill and search capabilities while responding to RFP's and the ability to integrate and create documents using Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

sometimes the documentation when learning a new task is a challenge to decipher

**Recommendations to others considering Upland Qvidian:**

Watch videos to learn; attend the annual conference for good insights

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

responding to RFP's rapidly and maintaining a shared project allowing others to reply simultaneously; also the ability to track your progress and the overall response progress is a great feature

  ### 42. We are expanding Qvidian access to our Sales Directors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chuck M. | RFP Manager, Interactive Services, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2017

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

Qvidian easily handles multiple formats: Word, Excel, Power Point, PDF.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

A little longer learning curve for our Salesforce administrator to help us integrate with Qvidian.

**Recommendations to others considering Upland Qvidian:**

Use Qvidian in real projects and you will learn faster with real proposals

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Sales Directors are starting to access our complete Qvidian library of Power Point slides through the Salesforce Opportunity level and we are allowing them to be more self-served.

  ### 43. Great product for entire Sales cycle

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2017

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

The advanced search capabilities in the library and the intelligence of Auto-Fill when building a proposal.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

Develop a few more behaviors similar to Word (scrolling bars, descriptive text when hovering over icons and linked headings, etc.)

**Recommendations to others considering Upland Qvidian:**

You need every competitive edge. If you use it and some of your competitors do not, that's one more differentiator for you.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating the repetitive aspects of proposal development. It saves our team hours of work.

  ### 44. Qvidian has delivered on all requirements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2015

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

Any product including those produced by my company has room for improvement and keeping up with changing requirements. Qvidian does a good job keeping up.

Qvidian was developed over time by proposal managers for proposal management in the real world. The feature set serves the benefits required for scalable and flexible compliance with real customer demands including:

• Content management
• Document automation
• Workflow management

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

Qvidian is very responsive to customer ideas in adding requested features when possible, including some I suggested. The biggest change I'd like at this stage of my association with the product is the provision of simple, license-free (within the enterprise) access to the content database. The current seat license model does not enable casual users' introduction to and exploration of the product.

**Recommendations to others considering Upland Qvidian:**

This review is anonymous only because I am not authorized to represent my company as an endorsement or reference.

Ask your Qvidian account representative for the opportunity to privately talk with experienced users. Be careful, however, to ensure that the users have real experience and are sufficiently trained in the use of the product. Too many users expect to use any product (Qvidian, those produced by my company, and others) with no training then are disappointed with their lack of success. As intuitive as Qvidian is, it does require minimal training and setting of expectations.

Join the Qvidian User Community and review the discussions, knowledge base, training, etc. Visit the Learning Resources videos, which demonstrate the product at a more practical than typical demos.

If your buying cycle timing works out, attend the annual user conference.

Don't make your buying decision in a vacuum. Work with colleagues including proposal managers, account representatives, management, and your purchasing department. Adoption will be much smoother if such groups feel they contributed to the decision.

Do not try to take all training at once. Adopt a just-in-time approach. The product capabilities are too deep to be properly absorbed when first introduced.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our initial business problem was replacement of the Pragmatech RFP Machine content library. We've successfully used Qvidian as a global resource for about three years.

Within the past year, our sales force asked if we also had the capability to support "point-and-click" proposals such as available at other companies. Qvidian enabled us to provide that capability with Proposal Automation.

We're now piloting workflow management capabilities with initial good results.

  ### 45. Qvidian Proposal Automation Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2015

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

I love QPA's content management functions. Tracking content metadata and the ability to create custom metadata help immensely to organize, maintain, and evaluate our content. Additionally, the ability to access our content within a web browser environment allows us to obtain the information we need from virtually anywhere. The ability to generate a URL for a piece of content allows us to have a self-service setup for anyone to have immediate access to the most up-to-date content available.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

The only significant issue I've encountered is that changing content properties marks that content as modified. It would be nice to have a major/minor update property, with which you can select whether your update should be considered modified or not. Major updates would reflect significant changes made to the content and minor updates would be reserved for small content edits, such as typo and formatting corrections. and for content properties updates. We often rely on the modified date to denote whether something may be outdated. It would be nice to know from a glance whether something within the content was changed or if it was just a change in the content properties.

**Recommendations to others considering Upland Qvidian:**

Qvidian Proposal Automation is a spectacular product with many benefits for users of all types. On the rare occasion I experience any problems, Qvidian's support staff quickly and effectively resolve any issues. I can rely on QPA to be there with our content ready for action.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QPA has helped us maintain our content and provides efficient and consistent methods for creating proposals. With thousands of boilerplate and Q&A content records, it can be very difficult to keep all the information up to date. With expiration dates and customized views, we can see right away which items need to be evaluated.

  ### 46. Great Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2015

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

I have been using Qvidian for several years now and find it to be a valuable part of our proposal response. It keeps our team connected and consistent. Frequently used content is current with regular refresh, the tool allows you to add expiration dates and search word capacity for easy retrieval. Customer service has always been prompt and thorough, often working with our overseas employees on off hours. The Qvidian community is a great place to connect with other users and join weekly tutorials.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

Updates sometime interfere with usage - it doesn't always work well with Explorer and we have to reconfigure. I would also like to see easy movement of content from one folder to another by using the drag and drop.

**Recommendations to others considering Upland Qvidian:**

I definitely recommend Qvidian to for proposal automation.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More of an internal issue. Managing content is our bigger challenge. Qvidian needs a dedicated administration to make it completely polished, but the tool does a good job of managing updates.

  ### 47. Excellent resource for proposal writing professionals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2015

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

What I like best about Qvidian is the way I can search for records with an exact phrase. This saves me a lot of time if I am just tryng to verify stats or information in an existing record that I want to reuse again.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

I can't really think of anything I dislike about Qvidian. I know there are a lot more features to it that I don't use but after our initial training on the application, I have pretty much used the Advanced Search tools and that gets me the information I need.

**Recommendations to others considering Upland Qvidian:**

This is an excellent resource for any proposal development team. I am a frequent user within an extremely busy proposal team and Qvidian has been a breeze to work with.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Qvidian to populate RFP responses. It is a quick and easy way to find information in our database that holds well over 10,000-20,000 records.

  ### 48. Pretty much the gold standard

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2015

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

It really does make finding, using, and updating proposal content so easy.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

No longer offering ProSearch license, which would have been handy for my organization

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Responding to more RFPs without any added staff. Very high volume of solicitations (200+ per year)

  ### 49. Pleased with Qvidian QPA

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2015

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

Qvidian makes it easy to store, search and reuse proposal content. There's no better product I've used that is more intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

Formatting Microsoft Word files within QPA has been a challenge, but with its Office integration, it is at least a possibility.

**Recommendations to others considering Upland Qvidian:**

I have been a proposal writer for 9 years and no other system I've used or seen can compete with QPA.

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QPA's functionality ultimately makes it easy to produce higher quality proposals in less time.

  ### 50. Automation saves time and improves output

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annie D. | Sr. Marketing Support Specialist, Accounting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2014

**What do you like best about Upland Qvidian?**

We love the quality control Qvidian provides. We are able to input numbers, figures and stats correctly and update them as they change so easily, in just one step! Entering them one time then having them enter in through merge codes is such a huge leap forward in quality control and reduction of human error. This of course also applies to client name, industry, and other items that used to be input manually, multiple times throughout a document allowing room for error. Along with this, we can also ensure colors, verbiage, etc. is all controlled from the back end.

**What do you dislike about Upland Qvidian?**

There isn't much I dislike, the only thing that hasn't worked exactly as we want it to as yet is an advanced function related to selection lists for merging in images - but the Qvidian team has it on their list to see if it could be a potential future improvement!

**What problems is Upland Qvidian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again, quality control - and of course, time and efficiency. Qvidian allows our users to create a baseline or starting point proposal faster than before and with more customization than before. To be able to have a higher quality document, in less time, is invaluable.
