**What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?**

I like having my own individual InterFAX, which means I don't have to wait to find out if an important fax didn't go through or if there was an error. Being able to see past work is really helpful too. These features are especially beneficial when working for a small company, as they allow for more control and transparency in communication.

**What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?**

Could it be a little easier to print what was sent? or showing the document was received. I think it's more of an understanding of how the product works. It was self-taught when the product was offered to us to use.

**What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Upland InterFAX for faxing proofs to banks efficiently. It allows me to see past work and track important document statuses without waiting or errors. It also eliminates the issue of a single person controlling fax visibility.

**What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?**

I really appreciate the convenience of Upland InterFAX's fax notifications, which alert us when a fax has come through and indicate whether faxes have been delivered successfully or failed. This makes our workflow more efficient since we receive timely notifications of incoming faxes. Additionally, being a virtual platform, I don't have to worry about the fax line being down or having to purchase paper for printing. It integrates seamlessly with our processes by allowing us to attach PDFs to our files easily, ensuring everything is fast and efficient. The initial setup was very easy and painless, and the training was simple, which allowed us to start using the platform right away.

**What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?**

There's nothing I dislike about Upland InterFax.

I don't worry about fax lines being down or buying paper. It's fast to attach PDFs to our files. Timely notifications for incoming faxes and delivery status improve efficiency.

**What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?**

Upland's Interfax is very straightforward to use. Typically, it only needs to be set up once, or when new users are added, and there is no need for ongoing monitoring. Users can easily send outbound faxes directly from their Outlook email by simply attaching a document. We have also configured inbound faxes to be delivered to distribution lists, which makes it fit seamlessly into our existing workflows. There is no need for users to log in to the cloud-based software at any point. Additionally, Upland's Account Executive and Support Team are always extremely helpful and responsive. They are able to provision a new fax line and user in less than an hour, which enables us to respond quickly to new business and operational needs.

**What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?**

As an admin, I found the online documentation to be somewhat basic at times. However, once you become familiar with the configuration process, managing the system becomes quite straightforward. One area I think could use improvement is the transaction history. Outbound Fax history is only kept for around 30 days, while inbound history is retained for a year. If you need to reconcile your activity with invoices, it's important to export reports before the data is archived.

**What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upland Interfax was easily integrated into our new RCM software, as well as to our CRM software. That enabled us to deploy consistent workflows we had in place with our prior vendor and at a more affordable price point for our smaller company. Controlling costs always comes into play in a smaller organization.

I appreciate that Upland InterFAX helps me go paperless, which allows me to save money, time, and energy when sending a fax. I find it very very easy to set up, and it really helps when sending paperwork to a doctor's office a lot.

I don't like that when I paste the fax number, it does not accept the brackets (). It would be better if it allowed fax numbers like (234)-567-8910.

I find Upland InterFAX to be an easy service to use. I get the information right to my email, which is very convenient. The convenience is especially appreciated because I don't use the service often, and it's not something I want to spend a lot of money on, so the affordability is a big plus. Setting it up was very easy too; I just created an account and was good to go.

I get a lot of junk faxes, not sure if that could be something they could address.

System is user friendly. Very easy to use and holds fax history for a while back as well.

I don't like that you can not get customer servive live most of the time when calling. I usually have to leave a message and they get back to me. My business depends on access to my faxes so I need instant access to someone live.

I am not aware of any problems that Interfax is solving. I use it for faxing my clients daily and if I have any issues or concerns they get back to me right away.

The workflow where we have data extraction actions and a web service action to export data.

In the workflow, there is an export action, but it does not allow us to export the CSV file for line items.

We love the affordability of e-fax by Interfax.  The interface is straightforward and easy to use. We like that you can either log on to the website to view the faxes or it sends and alert email notifying users you have a new fax. The interface is clear, simple and user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?**

Would like to have multiple user login information within one company account for security purposes.  It would be ideal if the basic plan comes with 2-3 different user login credentials

**What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a fax service but does not want to have a traditional physical machine in the office.  This allow all offsite employees to easily access and send fax which is more efficient and practical.  The ease of being able to forward the faxes via email is beneficiary to the efficiency of the business.

**What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?**

Using this tool for sending and receiving fax documents, and not just receiving faxes, the outlook integrated feature enables the auto mail to the specified list, whomever needs that.

**What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?**

No nothing dislikes on this tools, except minor lags but those are sorted out.

**What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Am receiving the faxes on daily basis more than 100 for a day.
And if I need download those as a batch, it can be downloaded as batch, and we can use the filters as well.

It has resolved my major time spend on downloading.

the email intergration and bulk dowload batch on using daily basis, so this maste of all software, we can just login and downlaod the received items whenver we needed, and it dosn't require any installation specifc things,

**What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?**

I have used InterFAX for almost 20 years, I think. I do not fax regularly, and this is the only reliable service that had a pay-as-you-go fee schedule. Rather than paying monthly for a service that I used rarely, I could load money into my account and send faxes as needed.

**What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?**

I would like it if I could print a FAX report showing a successful transmission with a date/time stamp for my records. The table of outgoing faxes is not convincing to some clients who say they did not receive a fax I sent to them.

**What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, I managed a list of members of an agricultural association. I had to send emails to members with announcements and other documents, but a few of the bigger members did not look at their emails. They preferred to receive fax messages. Rather than make separate provisions for communications, I wanted an email-to-fax service that would let me send mass emails to the member list while the fax-only members received their messages by fax automatically and seamlessly. This has saved me considerable trouble (I would often forget to give the fax-only members their special treatment, and they would miss announcements)

Other email to fax services required that I pay a recurring monthly fee whether I used them or not. InterFAX allowed me to load my account with money to cover faxes, only charging me for faxes that I actually sent. This has been easy and inexpensive.

I also make use of this service for personal faxes when I have needed to send faxes.

**What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?**

I really love how easy it is to use this service. I can send mutiple faxes at once and not have to wait for the line to be clear like in traditional faxing methods. Faxes come through quickly, saves on ink and paper and I also don't have to worry about faxes getting misplaced. I can easily track what is coming in, going out, what failed (due to poor fax number), etc. I use this every day, several times a day.  Really a game changer!

I have not come accross anything i dislike.

having to wait for a clear line to use fax machine. Issues with paper jam, waste of ink and paper.

I like that I can purchase packages of outbound faxes. It is relatively simple to use. I appreciate that it is HIPAA compliant

I don't like that I cannot purchase packages of inbound faxes. The plans offered seem to be for large companies instead of sole proprietors.

Interfax is so easy to use. And, it allows me to have a fax service digitally. I love that it is paperless. The customer service is great to work with and very helpful. Plus, it is HIPPA compliant. Win, win, win. It is also very reasonably priced.

I can't think of anything that I don't like about Upland InterFAX.

Based online, so we don't need any fax receiving or sending hardware. This reduces the total cost of using and maintaining it.

I am hard-stretched to find anything I dislike it. It has had 100% reliability the whole time we have used it.

**What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had onsite PBX hardware that had fax reception over VOIP. Fax reception over VOIP is usually unreliable, and we would miss pages, or have streaks in faxes. It also had to be maintained (security updates, checking uptime etc.).

I switched us to InterFAX and it has been flawless. Faxes are received perfectly. Additionally we can send faxes from the web interface, or via email. Although only one member of staff takes advantage of sending faxes vs the physical fax machine we use to send, it's still beneficial.

I have been using eFax for many years.  Initially my experience was with an on premise eFax server which became a big concern for disaster recovery.  Moving to InterFax was very smooth and has been ultra reliable.

While it is affordable, faxing is no longer leading edge technology.  I think a rate cut is in order.

We still have business partners that want to send us faxes.  InterFax converts that to PDF and emails to us so we can then put into computer workflows in our custom Transporation Management System. Upland InterFax has many attributes: ease of implementation and use, great pricing, number of features such as: fax confirmations sent to your inbox, option to create a quick cover letter, incoming faxes notification sent to your inbox so you don't have to go to the InterFax app to retrieve the fax, faxing out is very simple so there's no waiting around a fax machine for any job to be completed before you can fax out.

There's no downside for using InterFax. This fax option have forced us to keep everything in electronic format; therefore, our copy paper cost has significantly been reduced by 90%. With the proper free pdf tool it has been possible for us to scan or print anything into a pdf. It may take a bit of training, but our employees love it, which made it very easy to implement.

Upland InterFax has helped us to reduce paper cost to almost nothing, offsetting the cost of the app and still leaving us with savings. The InterFAX required little to no training. I was able to log in and easily navagate to doucments I needed. The IRS and many other organizations still use fax as a primary means of communication so having access to this without having bulky fax machines makes my life simpler. I like being a ble to keep track of the fax by looking at my inbox and not needing to scan the file manually.

**What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?**

It is cost effective. I am not a big business, however, I do send a receive an influx of fax throughout the month. Although they do have down time to update the services, they are very good about commmunicating with you well in advance about scheduled outages. Customer support responds quickly and will attempt to assist you to the best of their ability. They also make frequent updates to help improve the the software. I like that notifications of faxes I have received come directly to my email. I can also access the document faxed directly from my email. I appreciate that all documents are received in a pdf format, which helps to protect the integrity of the sender and receiver.  There aren't a lot of fancy features, but that does not bother me because it's a fax service. I need to be able to send, receive, and see a report of my activity. Upland is very easy to use and easy to set up. I have used this company for approximately 2 years. The set up and integration of software is quick and easy if you choose to accept a fax number generated by Upland. However, if you are transferring a fax number you already have, which is what I did, the process is extended over a longer period of time. However, they will offer you a temporary fax number to use while your number is being transferred.

**What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?**

The biggest downfall with Upland InterFAX is the lack of ability to retreive detailed fax reports. Although you can see a report of faxes sent with details such as the number, date, and time it was sent, fax reports are deleted after 30 days. Upland does not make it easy to generate fax reports and store them for your personal records. You also do not have the option to opt in to have at least the first page of the fax that was sent out displayed with your fax report. I understand they may have this policy in place for privacy purposes, which is helpful to them. However, if I ever need to prove that a fax was sent to a specific place, on a specific date, and it needs to show evidence of the document that was faxed, I am not able to supply that information, especially if we have bypassed the 30 day time frame.

**What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upland helps me to decrease the purchase and use of paper and ink due to the software being an online service versus a traditional fax service. It has also helped with keeping me in alignment with HIPPA laws due to never having a fax come into my office through the fax machine and exposing personal information. Another benefit is, I can send and receive documents no matter my location.

Upland InterFax is by far the easiest fax system I have ever used. The cost per fax is well priced and inexpensive to use. The services also integrates with other office systems to make workflow even easier.

I have yet to find a downside to this service.

**What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?**

This software is really special and unique in its class because it offers the most efficient and innovative platform in the market, with high quality standards that make its use the easiest and most capable for each user. With the use of its resources you can attach and send via fax all documents and files that are part of your work process where you can keep a detailed record of each of your communications and make the professional collaborations you need with your team to increase their performance and productivity.

**What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?**

its registration process is a bit slow and tedious, I think it can be much faster and more efficient.

**What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

my department has found in the digital resources of this software the best tool to communicate and share all the progress we make in our work field, which has allowed us to optimize the time we need to access all the information related to our work processes and thus improve the quality of our services.

Its easy to use and easy to implement the email to fax. Also its very good for frequency use and nice customer support. I am using since last yr and all the features are easy to integrate.

I don't like the demo usage as they are giving demo only and and not giving for free.

I just wanted to share how happy I am with Interfax's eFax services! The interface is super easy to use—anyone can figure it out, even if you’re not tech-savvy. Sending and receiving faxes has never been simpler! I really appreciate how straightforward everything is. If you're looking for a reliable eFax service, I highly recommend Interfax!

Upland InterFAX is the most complete and advanced platform to manage and share all the information and content that your company has stored in the cloud. It is completely secure and reliable so that you can transmit via fax any type of document and file that your company needs, giving you maximum control of all its functions so that you can guarantee the productivity and performance of all your workers in the exercise of their remote functions.

It is an expensive service, I would like them to implement loyalty and senority offers and discounts for being a recurring user.

**What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?**

1. The .NET SDK provided us with the necessary functionality to integrate it directly in our code base. It took us only a couple of weeks to intgrate it.
2. All the basic functionality I needed was available on the main screen.
3. Customer support appear responsive to our needs.
4. Managing access seemed easy to do, however, as a user, I wasnt aware of what I was missing until access was granted.

**What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?**

1. There wasnt an intuitive test environment. We essentially had to get another account totally separate of this account.
2. The search functionality was a little cumbersome. For instance, to retrieve a record based on transactionId, I had to filter for it first instead of directly searching.

**What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. We wanted a way to automatically receive emails, and them upload them into their appropriate areas in our own application.
2. For the most part, users do not have to go into the software just to download a FAX thus making our process more streamlined.

I've had a great experience using Upland InterFAX. The clean and intuitive interface makes it very user-friendly, allowing me to navigate through the system with ease. **What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?**

Their API seems to work well, is relatively easy to use, and their support is generally responsive. Their system is fairly customizable.

**What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?**

Their interface needs an update. It's clunky and is overdue for a refresh. 

Their SAML/SSO integration is not straightforward. Even as a seasoned identity management veteran I had a difficult time getting it working.

Their billing is quite confusing and difficult to decipher. Every time I need to look at a bill it takes me 15-20 minutes just to wrap my head around what I'm looking at.

Provides an API accessible fax system that integrates with our product.
