I like the convenience of getting in contact with the vendors who provide the services so we can keep record of all equipment expense conversations. UpKeep is typically available to answer questions, however they are not as accessible as it used to be. Software changes quite frequently which makes it difficult to keep up with. I do not care for the constant changes they make to it and lack of notification of when these changes are made. The software tends to run slower than it should at times.
