Processing time is slow when I do update/editing for a large number of work orders or triggers at once.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we asked them to add the feature of client feedback for every request created and processed on UpKeep, and this was helpful to know how satisfied our client is.

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

The thing I like most about Upkeep are the reports that can be ran and the ability to customize them for whatever your needs are and how quick and intuitive the software settings are.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Sorting work orders is not as powerful as I would like it to be.  As far as I am able to figure out sorting by technician or user is available, this would be very useful.

**Recommendations to others considering UpKeep:**

I recommend UpKeep for any facilities management team, easy to use and customize!

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main thing is keeping up with all of the work orders so that no matter the priority we no longer lose track of it and that is so important for our credibility with our customers.

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

The "PM/work order generation" settings are extensive and fit our assets' needs. We can make checklists as well as monitor our parts inventory. The vast range of categories for EAM keeps everything organized in one spot.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Downtime is a little hard to get set up. There seem to be multiple ways to track and use the function. Figuring out how each action affects records in each category takes time.  Finally, the description of each asset should be more editable. There's no way to keep lines of text organized, and it just scrunches it all together.

**Recommendations to others considering UpKeep:**

Be as detailed as you can when setting up assets so they're more easily managable.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our tracking system before only used dates and metering as triggers for work orders. Now we can generate work orders based on when the previous order is completed.

The downside of UpKeep is that you need a personalized link sent to you by your supervisor in order to put in work orders.

One of the best things that I like is the customization options and that my technician also has the ability to create workorders as needed. It works great for us!

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

The mobile app seems a little challenging for my technicians to figure out.  It would be great if they could automatically see whatever workorder that they are assigned to, without having to select certain parameters to view it.

**Recommendations to others considering UpKeep:**

If you have any problems or questions, be sure to ask customer support, they are very friendly and will advise of a workaround and not just try to sell upgrades to the package.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to get things repaired on a much more timely basis. Also, a great feature is that UpKeep automatically reminds me when a workorder due date is approaching.

The website and mobile app are very user-friendly and easy to manage. UpKeep very seldom experience network issues or outages. This program is designed with a maintenance role in mind!

Depending on the type of profile your user has, it can be a challenge for them to see active- open cases that they did not open themselves. This can sometime cause duplicate cases for the same issue.

It is a great software to use if you are looking for a maintenance-based program or AOM to help process work orders and keep track of your assets all in one place.

We have a faster response time since using UpKeep. We have all of the current and past information at our fingertips to help make the best possible decisions for our business.

I use excel sheets with it as well.

It allows my mechanic to put in data on his own directly rather than me having to do it myaelf.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Not much. It helps keep track of my equipment, work orders, and inventory all in one place.myself.

I dont like the parts inventory it isnt as functional as it should be.. it doesn't really make sense when your talking about consumables

Use its multiple functions. Enter all data correctly in the beginning

Really the best benefit is that multiple users can use it to communicate with each other and leave messages and comments regarding work orders

Would like to see pms stay off work order list, and a way for supervisors to see all work orders for their buildings

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

The system works well with many different aspects of the maintenance department. It tracks assets, tasks, inventory, etc. It can even allow regular employees to make requests using an app, which is practical for signaling problems.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

The system is still full of bugs. Sometimes some things are doable but cannot be learned through the tutorials, and help is needed from the support team. The support team is always nice and tries their best, but sadly some things are just not implemented yet, or bugs are genuinely behind the problem encountered, and they can't help you after all.

**Recommendations to others considering UpKeep:**

Take your time while incorporating UpKeep into your company. It is a valuable tool, but it needs a good and progressive implementation to be effective. Going too fast will make it harder to switch, as the assets and part numbers need to be well created before you can use them without suffering any confusion. It helps to have goals to achieve, for example to know what you want out of a dashboard, as if you need to contact Customer Support, telling them what you want in the end is often more efficient than writting about what is going wrong.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have saved a lot of time in handling the preventive maintenances of our machines. Having all the asset informations linked to them on a digital and mobile platform also helps a lot. The difficulty of managing the various and numerous maintenance requests was lowered by this app, which helps filter them and track them while also making it easier on the employees to make such request.

I like how people can put their requests in and it tells them when we are done with it.

We have not found anything yet. We have not been using for very long so there is something that will come up in the future, but as for now, it is great.

Watch the videos makes it a lot easier to understand and ask questions.

Very happy with the system provided for inventory Management.
 It has assisted us in rationalizing our inventory and reduced holding stocks considerably. 
The Maintenance management program is just starting for us, which has enabled us to set up all the operations and Maintenance employees with the capability of writing requests and assisting in developing sound Maintenance Planning processes. We have already experienced the benefits of sound Maintenance Planning processes and look forward to further benefits as our workforce becomes more adept with the procedures.

At this point, I have no negative feedback on what we have developed with the upkeep team.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It mainly involves Maintenance planning and execution and stores Inventory Management. Maintenance Planning processes certainly provide improved productivity and equipment availability.

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

When we found Upkeep, it was a lifeboat for us. Our maintenance schedule for automatic dispensers mainly was manual, based on emails, calls, text messages or the 3 of them. We did have a tool earlier, but it just behaved like the before-mentioned options. Upkeep gave us the visibility we never had before: reports, insights, preventative maintenance schedules, the ability for customers to sign orders, assets and parts inventory, and much more! I recommend it to everyone with the above needs.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

At the beginning the maps were pretty accurate, however, with the updates it's not working now. When we try to pinpoint an exact location, the map uses an approximate location based on the municipality. Map accuracy can be improved.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently use Upkeep to keep track of all our dispensing assets: shakers, dispensers, canisters, nozzles and all other parts needed. Our sales team have requesters access to ask for repair or maintenance on their respective locations, while our technicians can complete the workorders.

Keeps track of all your work orders, inventory, equipment, and supplies.  Its user friendly and has great technical support.  I use it every day and its by far the most useful tool i have.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

What I dont like about the program is when you have re-occurring  work orders they will take up a lot of space for one work order since it shows so many years ahead. I  think just give a year ahead would be sufficient.

Cuts down on time spent organizing work orders by priority. Upkeep does all that work for you. I can just grab my tablet and open the app and I'm on my way to my first work order.

The most helpful thing about upkeep is that you can put a lot of information and you can organize it by addresses. Also, you can add a lot of other information like vendors, etc.

When using the search engine, you need the exact name that was used in the title.  Or you have to look it up by address or vendor if it was inputted. Sometimes I want to look it up by the date it was created.

Separating the work orders by the vendor even if it's the same information.  Uploading the documents to the vendor information.  However, it is a bit tedious if it was not done before.

The assignable account access has been instrumental in changing the chaotic and reactive nature of our business' repair needs.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

There are some opportunities for improvements in various areas, mostly small changes and functionality mods I would like to see.  For instance, the barcode system would be a huge asset for us, but we've been unable to figure out how to make them printable via .csv or other means.

This app is great for small business looking for a CMMS they can grow into.

A much more preventative work culture has developed at our facilities as a result of using UpKeep.  It helps us keep track of inspections, meters and other vital data to keep things running and repaired ahead of time.

I like that the teachers have the ability to send detailed maintenance requests with pictures and location straight to my phone. I also like having the ability to message them about their request through the app.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

For our situation, I haven't really found any problems or issues with using UpKeep.  The only problem I have is that sometimes it is slow to open and load requests, but that is more of a lousy internet problem on our end.

UpKeep is a great platform to keep all of your maintenance requests, parts, and users organized and is very easy to use.  There are way more features than our situation needs, but it is such a good product that is easy to use that we haven't bothered looking for anything else.

My biggest issue before using UpKeep was having teachers come up to me and ask for things while I'm in the middle of working on something else, and then not remembering all the details of their request by the time I get a chance to write it down.

Being able to schedule PM's and how they schedule the next date based on when it was completed and not just a set date every week/month etc. This allows for the techs to have a little flexiblity on when they get their PM's completed.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

The only disadvantage I've seen is not being able to communicate with requesters through upkeep. It might be nice to message back and forth for details or with updates.

**Recommendations to others considering UpKeep:**

It's easy to use and easy to learn but is very powerful. Technical support will help you get through it all, so don't get discouraged. It will take time but is worth it.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've seen a decrease in breakdowns in our company by as much as 10%. It has also allowed us to schedule and track the work of our techs and also to track our asset life and repair costs.

Upkeep allows for absolute control and data centered innovation and progress in day to day maintenance and operations management. Having used other products from time to time, and having settled for much worse than upkeep before I was introduced to it, the tribulations of a work day inhibited by inefficient organization are no more thanks to upkeep.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Upkeep provides everything that you need for work order stability, but upkeep does not itself create advantage without a legitimate instructional meeting or class on how to use it. It would be nice if the whole team can say, zoom in together and watch a live tech teach the same scale to success when it comes to upkeep

Test it t first. Make sure everyone knows and iz on the same page when implementing

I wish there were options to add a checklist within a task, as sometimes our maintenance men may miss something in a long task. The only way around this is to submit a different task for each assignment, which can quickly bog them down.

Inventory management, purchase orders, and work orders are all helpful and fairly straightforward.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

"List of Parts" feature only allows 1 of every part to be added, not multiples, so putting a Bill of Materials in there or having a list of maintenance parts with doubles is a bit difficult. The purchase orders section isn't available on the mobile app. Free / Basic users have very limited abilities, in our case we have to have multiple people using the same account for them to be able to do some pretty basic functions like edit work orders.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it as an EAM, inventory and purchase order management. It helps us keep all of our maintenance visit information in one place, and the mobile app is good for techs in the field to have on hand when performing maintenance.

Keeping track of work orders in the app is a big plus. Being able to look back at archives for billing purposes is also very useful.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

There's nothing about the current app that I dislike. I would like to have an easier way to schedule work on a calendar.

Accountability. Making sure all scheduled work is completed. Making sure all work is billed. Overall, our company works smoother with UpKeep. We love it!
