UpKeep gives us much better tracking. It also lets us track the parts for our machines. ### 2. Software changes quite frequently which makes it difficult to keep up with. **What do you dislike about UpKeep?** I like the software of UpKeep and the options it offers. I do not care for the constant changes they make to it and lack of notification of when these changes are made. The software tends to run slower than it should at times. **Recommendations to others considering UpKeep:** Make sure to review the different options of plans to help you decide which plan will benefit your company the most. You can visit with the customer service reps and they can explain the options to help you determine which is the most beneficial for your organization. Set up was a little difficult at first but once all employees have been trained and used it for a while, it was simple and helpful. **What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?** UpKeep is a great way to keep track of inventory. The cancellation process was frustrating. I've never had too much trouble with being able to parse out data and make reports using other softwares, but there I do with Upkeep. Also, stablity issues can be annoying. Slow loading, or not loading pages at all, occurs more frequently than one would expect given the caliber of the software. **What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?** Main thing is keeping track of maintainence tasks. We have a lot of assets and a good size maintainence team. Also helps with inventory of our spare parts. **What do you dislike about UpKeep?** When you mark one thing as failed on a task list instead of just made a work order for that individual item it will creat individual work orders for everything in our PM. Also, the ability to edit the workorder request is good. **What do you dislike about UpKeep?** The information requested doesn't have that many field options and is not tailored for my organization's needs. Example: there's a description box and attachment fields and date of when something needs to be done by, but other than that, no fields for things like equipment needs, various date needs, a place to check for services, products, inventory, etc. **What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keep track of workorder requests. So if I'm trying to track a job request, I do have something to refer to and show the date of when it was submitted. The email portion of Upkeep stating something is still in progress is good too. ### 12. We have had our issues and what could be solved outside of not being a feature, was addressed and the majority was solved by an in-depth 1-on-1 look into how to solve issues. **What do you dislike about UpKeep?** The few things that were outstanding to us were the fact that the purchase orders tab will not stay in order after looking at a specific P.O. same with work orders. Also in the analytics tab, we had issues with the data not reflecting what was actual. These were the things that we needed to be fixed. Requests for service/maintenance are straightforward, and the communication back to requestors on progress are excellent **What do you dislike about UpKeep?** The software isn't pure farm and vehicle maintenance. It is built as a vanilla platform whereby you can bend the existing rules and structure to make it work for your operation. A lot of the features are more canned features and not explicitly built for vehicle maintenance. The Administrative functions are not as dynamic on the App as they are on the desktop. I have been able to digitize all of my factory floor assets into one application. **What do you dislike about UpKeep?** The analytics does not provide enough breadth and depth in regards to the categories I can track. I often feel like I'm tricking the system into analyzing the metrics I want to see. Additionally, how the analytic activities are tracked is not always obvious. For instance, what constitutes a "Recurring Work Order"? Why not just include a tooltip to clarify what the user must do to make an analytical category log. This becomes increasingly frustrating as the metrics only update every few hours, so even if you want to experiment to see "How do I make this analytical category go up?" you have to wait two hours to see any results. Thats pretty much it. The interface is pretty. **What do you dislike about UpKeep?** The program has a high learning curve. Simple tasks, for managment of system, are difficult to navigate. UI could be some much simpler. To many Icons instead of just words descirbing what I need to do. Like, batch print for work orders, we like old school, like printing work orders and giving them out. I can't imagine my technicians actually using this software and it being a useful tool, instead they'd probably just pencil whip just to say they're using the software. **What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?** No benefit has been realized by using this software vs. competitor software. ### 21.
