The interface is very user-friendly, making it easy for both experienced and new users to navigate. It's streamlined and intuitive, so I don’t need to spend much time explaining how to use it. From my perspective in a training role, Diego at Upkeep provided us with all of the support we needed to get ramped up and going! He spent time with various stakeholders to ensure proper introduction to the system and understanding, and even joined an employee training call in case questions came up that I was unable to answer. UpKeep replaced our email maintenance ticket system. UpKeep is user-friendly, so it was easy to train our technicians and requesters on how to utilize the system. It's organized; lots of different options are available to suit your organization. We really like how easy it is to submit a ticket, and how you can do this on the mobile app as well! Our implementation manager was out for 2 out of the 4 weeks of our implementation, so it was a little confusing as our next point of contact did not communicate much with us.
