Recommendations to others considering UPilot:

There are still a lot of areas of improvement from the point of customer experience.

It helps in solving business problems but is not up to the industry standards

The CRM Mechanism is insightful but have to work on the CX part of the mechanism Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UPilot is a cost-effective solution that helps in tracking the end-to-end customer journey.

What do you like best about UPilot?

The best improvement that was made to the Upilot system years ago was the introduction of the 'clone deal' button. This saves so much time for multiple deal/transaction clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UPilot?

Not really a dislike, but it would be helpful if the timeline comments/updates were visable on the contacts as well as the entity ie under the Director as well as the Company view pages Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
