I deposited Ethereum with them and haven’t since been able to move it to another external wallet. I can’t sell it and withdraw to my bank account or even send it back to my Coinbase wallet. It’s simply locked and when I reached out to support, they said they’re doing checks on my account and in the meantime feel free to exchange it for another currency (with a $38 fee!!!!). Their app isn’t usable on an iPhone. It’s filled with bugs and the UX is awful. The website is so confusing. They’ve tried way too hard trying to build a tricky flash site and it simply doesn’t work. I’m not sure what I dislike more, their products or the company itself. I just want my money and it seems to have been lost in the ether with no warnings that my account would be locked while it’s being verified before I deposited the assets. It’s now been more than a month. They never refunded me my $4,000 worth of Ethereum and now they don’t even write back. What’s worse is they have deleted my account, so now I can’t even see my funds. I like the fact that it is the most innovative payment gateway currently available on the internet. With Uphold you can receive payments from anywhere in the world. Its interface is really friendly and the best thing is that when transactions are made between users of the platform the commission is zero. If we talk about transferring the assets to your bank the commission is very low. And finally I can't forget to mention that it is very convenient for the platform to generate a virtual MasterCard for you to make purchases online and even with the assets in crypto currencies. For weeks the mobile version of Uphold began to present problems and that's a bit unpleasant, however it's not something out of the ordinary, for me it's still the best platform of all, there's nothing I don't like about it, Uphold is my best ally. It seems strange to talk about a purse in the cloud, far but close to being able to touch it and perfectly valid to use it. Platforms like Uphold have made it possible side by side with the virtual economy that has gained ground in recent years. There is no way for this to stop. It is better to participate, but the right tool is needed so that everything goes well and we can get out of operations. Uphold is indicated for its ease of use and its strength.
