The ability to integrate with other systems such as Jira is simple and easy to follow. The configuration and setup of the system was simple to follow and we were up and running within 1-2 days The API endpoint and documentation is easy to follow and has all the basic features required for automation purposes. I find the quarterly sessions with our customer success manager good as they're helpful, knowledgable, and always have new features to show. Only issue I've had is we had one client who we asked to fill out two identical questionnaires. According to the client, the first time they uploaded a CSV of questions and answers which UpGuard populated the questionnaire with. The second time however, they tried uploading the same questionnaire and it kept saying that it didn't find any matches. We went through UpGuard Support, who told us that the questions on the CSV simply didn't match any of the UpGuard questionnaire questions. External perimeter scanning and presenting is also an excellent source for those prospect who demain and expect a hard scoring number associated to a possible vendor. **What do you dislike about UpGuard Vendor Risk?** To configure questionnaire module, data input expectations should be clearer defined. Answers to questions unhandled by the module should be optionally trusted and accepted for a better response. With a few clicks and details about the domains, ranges, or IP addresses, you can review your environment's vulnerabilities and extract detailed reports with proper classifications, such as web vulnerabilities, mail, network, etc. It is incredible how fast it can generate reports and how easy it is to use. Additional point: when I aggregate a new IP address, UpGuard brings past vulnerability data. **What do you dislike about UpGuard Vendor Risk?** The remediation framework could be simpler to use. I feel confused about using it to manage the remediation life cycle. Also, I'd like easier integration with external BI platforms, such as PowerBI. Interface tends to carry a high information density, yet is clean, and not overcrowded. **What do you dislike about UpGuard Vendor Risk?** Scores assigned to vendors are not always represenitive of real risk - e.g. every IP they have are scanned, and for large estates this means many quite minor issues can be seen, which often means very little about their real security. Questionnaires are easy to make and send to suppliers. I use it every day and my role would be much harder without it. The customer support is great, built in chat feature is answered quick and they loop in your support mananager so they know what you are looking for. Features requests are considered and a few have been implemented already. **What do you dislike about UpGuard Vendor Risk?** It can take a while to load a questionnaire for review when it has a lot of questions and conditions. Information could be displayed more efficiently but overall is still good. **What problems is UpGuard Vendor Risk solving and how is that benefiting you?** UpGuard solves the problem of getting answers about security from suppliers in a quick manner. This allows me to make a decision about product usage while awaiting an in-depth assessment. It also provides fantastic OSINT data for when I can't contact a supplier for any reason.
