The mailing tool is really great for mass bulk sends and has saved us immensely on time, as we reach out to hundreds of influencers a week to work with and onboard. Another thing I really appreciate is the Upfluence Google Chrome extension, it's really helpful when prospecting on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Along with that, I think pulling average views and average likes is really helpful when trying to determine rates for these creators simply by using the Google Chrome extension. Not enough creators in the Upfluence system for us to continue using daily. In the beginning, there were a lot of creators for us to pull from, especially internationally, but now it's getting a little sparse. Would love for Upfluence to continue adding creators to their system so we can continue to prospect from them on a daily basis. It would also be great for them to get quicker with updating audience demographics, lot of the time when you click on a creator's profile and click the Google Chrome extension it says it can take up to almost 7 days for us to get the audience data back. The filter system helps the team to match influencers by interests and platforms,which saves a lot of time for multiple areas, mainly when it comes to work in a global campaign for some product / licence launch.

The investment proposed also helps us to understand if we need to go with a big influencer or micro influencers, since the calcuation of engadgement / reach improves.

The platform can have more partners that are already aware of the negotiations by upfluence. The markets have some issues with enter in contact with the "good" influencers to the campaign, and mainly with the differences between the value proposed on the platform vs. the influencer value (that can sometimes be negotiated by a third agency or partner).

I wish that when I searched for certain parameters it was certain I would only see those influencers ex: searching USA only I sometimes will get Canada, GB, etc. infuencers. I also wish that all emails were correct because I often get Mail returns since the emails are incorrect. They gave us these 2 options. We chose the Monthly thinking it would be month to month, but turns out hidden in the contract was billed monthly for 12 months. The way it was presented was very sly. Through the confusion, they have yet to release us from the contract for a platform that is not beneficial to us, and has not helped in any way.
