I don't like they way they handle contracting. Forcing a year-long contract feels almost like desperation to keep payments coming in for a full year, customer service doesn't have to be as dedicated because you're locked into the contract... not a great retention play in my opinion. I think even a quarterly option would be great to help smaller companies use these amazing tools to help them grow instead of saying, "Sorry, you can't sit with us unless you can commit to shelling out 10,000 minimum without knowing if our tool will work for you in the long term."
