It provides real metrics, giving data on followers, gender, age ranges, and geographic location, which helps me a lot in segmenting correctly. I also appreciate that we can find new content creators with more freedom and obtain interesting metrics. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and intuitive. There's a ton of filters to help you search, as well as a vast database of influencers to select. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Upfluence? There's quite a few tech bugs / product inconveniences in the way the tool operates. For example, if there's an unread message from an influencer, sometimes it is marked as such, other times you have to manually scroll through to ensure everything's been seen and read. When your search yields too many influencers, the profiles take a very long time to fully load - and in some cases, the wrong photos load (one influencer will be seen across several profiles, etc). Of course the greatest takeaway is that the tool allows us to search quickly and efficiently for many influencers at once - and messaging them all at once as well, as opposed to sending many individual emails. I wish that when I searched for certain parameters it was certain I would only see those influencers ex: searching USA only I sometimes will get Canada, GB, etc. infuencers. I also wish that all emails were correct because I often get Mail returns since the emails are incorrect.
