Worked great for prospecting in the beginning, but not as many prospect anymore. **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2021 **What do you like best about Upfluence?** The mailing tool is really great for mass bulk sends and has saved us immensely on time, as we reach out to hundreds of influencers a week to work with and onboard. Another thing I really appreciate is the Upfluence Google Chrome extension, it's really helpful when prospecting on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Along with that, I think pulling average views and average likes is really helpful when trying to determine rates for these creators simply by using the Google Chrome extension. **What do you dislike about Upfluence?** Not enough creators in the Upfluence system for us to continue using daily. In the beginning, there were a lot of creators for us to pull from, especially internationally, but now it's getting a little sparse. Would love for Upfluence to continue adding creators to their system so we can continue to prospect from them on a daily basis. It would also be great for them to get quicker with updating audience demographics, lot of the time when you click on a creator's profile and click the Google Chrome extension it says it can take up to almost 7 days for us to get the audience data back. Would be a great addition to make that a lot quicker to be able to scan and pull the audience data within minutes. **Recommendations to others considering Upfluence:** Make audience data pulls quicker to view and add more creators to prospect from. **What problems is Upfluence solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to hook our Outlook up to it and that's been really great to have everything come straight to our emails. ### 3. It makes it easy to get down into the nitty gritty and find high-quality, dedicated content creators. **What do you dislike about Upfluence?** I don't like they way they handle contracting. Forcing a year-long contract feels almost like desperation to keep payments coming in for a full year, customer service doesn't have to be as dedicated because you're locked into the contract... not a great retention play in my opinion. I think even a quarterly option would be great to help smaller companies use these amazing tools to help them grow instead of saying, "Sorry, you can't sit with us unless you can commit to shelling out 10,000 minimum without knowing if our tool will work for you in the long term." **Recommendations to others considering Upfluence:** Be sure you're going to use and like the tool. **What problems is Upfluence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Really, just finding influencers. The search tool is great. Workflows, emails and campaigns need a little work (you can't edit email templates in the email section for campaigns, only in the campaign section, for example." ### 4. Whenever my team needs help, we get answers to our questions super quickly. The Upfluence team is also very nice. **What do you dislike about Upfluence?** Sometimes when searching for influencers, we see the same ones repeatedly and not enough new ones. **Recommendations to others considering Upfluence:** Upfluence can help you communicate with a lot of influencers at scale. They also provide excellent customer support.
