I don't like anything about the product. It's a ripoff Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about UpdraftPlus? It just doesn't work. The documentation says that it works by making a backup and moving the backup to the new s ite. The backup has been running for 2 days and shows no sign of finishing. Is this a time saver? Save your money and move your sites manually. The manual way takes time, but you'll get it done. This was $30 thrown away, and now I will move the site manually anyway. I thought it was doing a good job but it was so sloooow! (So I signed up for a paid version!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about UpdraftPlus? Backups can take two hours and my site is down during this period of time! Worse, tech support is surly, short-tempered and rude. They reminds me of a gang who hates what they do. I wrote twice with numbered questions and in two exchanges, they never addressed any of my issues or concerns.
