UpdatesPad is shop management software built for countertop and stone fabrication shops. It runs the whole job in one place: a countertop CRM that follows every lead from first call to install, a quote builder where you draw the layout, plan slabs and seams, and send a priced quote for online approval, and a job board that tracks templating, fabrication and installation with crew scheduling. Every job gets a private client portal. Homeowners and builders see the timeline, approve seam placement, slab selection and edge profile, and share photos, so they stop calling to ask when template is. Mostly. An approved quote becomes an order and a project without retyping anything, and invoices push to QuickBooks Online. Pricing is based on how many jobs you run each month, not how many people log in, so the whole team gets access on every plan. Every plan starts with a free month on your real jobs.
