I'm impressed by their speed of development, responsiveness to clients, and product features that push action-related data up front and make onboarding easy. **What do you dislike about UpdateAI?** Some key features (like Salesforce integration) have been more of a challenge and have slowed down our usage and adoption. **What problems is UpdateAI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Democratizes note taking Creates an easy log of action items and ensures not everyone needs to be at the meeting but can still understand content.
