It's a far cry in maturity from ContentStudio in terms of finding content and sharing content. **What do you dislike about UpContent?** Being forced to use a 3rd party service to share the content is frustrating , especially when competitors have this down-pat. As you mentioned, we exist to support the curation efforts of individuals and organizations across a variety of use cases (social sharing only being one). This focus combined with the myriad of technologies out there who do social media management exceptionally well (there is a great category in G2 to explore these further) makes spending any efforts in attempting to achieve parity in social media sharing a poor use of resources. Especially when we have so many great partners who are leaders in this space - and integrations natively within their platform (e.g. Hootsuite) or directly connecting with a single click (e.g. Hubspot, Buffer, Lately, etc.). Many of these partners also offer their excellent services with dedicated teams on improving social management as a free or low-cost option. We'd certainly enjoy the opportunity to support you in honing the topic filtering and granularity to meet your needs, but I'd afraid that if you require the same tool to be discovering and scheduling the content for you, we aren't it. However, if you would like to make discovery simple, have the opportunity to share to whatever social media, email management, website CMS, chat tool, intranet page, or other destination - and be able to swap out these distribution tools as your needs grow and evolve, we would appreciate your taking a second look and us seeing how we can best support your goals. It is easy to set up the topics and interest articles relevent to my customer demographics. It always me to choose from many reputable sources, It allows me to add my logo and a message to the preview of the articles. My customers like being able to see interesting articles of information that are not a sales message. Some of them are evening looking to us as their authoritative resource for relevant information. An familar place for them to go to find new information. I belive this service provides Brand loyalty amongst my customers. **What do you dislike about UpContent?** Not being able to control what the customer sees when they click on an article that I have chosen to show. While we do manage the specific article we choose and I review it prior to posting it, some articles have pop-ups to sign up for them to get articles directly. It's tough to cast a net that's wide enough but not too wide. For instance, the amount of content I find for one account is better or more prevalent than another. Our marketing team could focus on other activity in place of the content research and shortlisting. We have not yet used the content distribution from the tool, but we have setup all the requirement for distribution activity. Think of Google Search and a Social LIstening tool had a baby. UpContent is extremely easy to use and setting up the search queries is very simple to figure out. It helps me pull in the most relevant content to share to my social pages and website when I am tapped out of in-house content. What is amazing is that when I share third-party content, UpContent has an integration that allows me to put a third-party call-to-action overlay which helps drive website traffic and lead gen on the content I share. **What do you dislike about UpContent?** Don't have too much bad to say about UpContent. The tool is extremely fair priced for what it provides me in time-saving, analytics, and web-traffic/lead gen. I love the Sniply integration with those curated items. Using my curated feed with my social media platform makes sharing super easy. Additionally, you can use your different collections in a variety of ways -- one for staging, one for display on your website, another for tracking competitor or client stories. Love it! Additionally, the team at UpContent is awesome and super helpful! **What do you dislike about UpContent?** Not sure. It's a pretty great tool. I think sometimes maybe the filters can be a little tricky to get "just right" for what you want to pull in. However, that's maybe more of a user (me) problem than a software issue. With that said, the team at UpContent always helpful if you need support. **Recommendations to others considering UpContent:** Take full advantage of UpContent's integrations. That makes this platform go way beyond a place where you review content for sharing. Consider inviting other departments to use it. You could easily turn a collection into a thought leadership content hub for your sales team. You can create one for your SMEs so they can stay on top of industry news. Think outside of the box -- this tool can help you solve several problems when it comes to information you can gather and distribute to your team and customers. **What problems is UpContent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time savings -- a reduction in time we would have normally spent looking for content to share on social media/our site. Productivity -- an increase in productivity with social media marketing because we can focus on writing great original posts and developing thoughtful comments to share with curated content. We use collections to help us with curating content for clients.
