However, I find them quick to go through and helpful when in doubt. **What do you dislike about UpContent?** -I wish the platform would also pull content from social media channels -This could be my problem (new to the platform) or because I'm on a free version. This can be problematic if you're trying to work with other bloggers in your industry. You'll have to manually add their RSS feed and even then their feed needs to be "vetted" to make sure it's not spam. However, the thing that I dislike the most is that even though their platform is great, their choices for integrations are geared towards the higher end (except for Buffer). For example, there's Hootsuite and Zapier... two of the more/most expensive options in their industry. Why not integrate with Make.com, have webhooks, or integrate with less expensive options like Publer, SocialBee, etc. I realize you can't integrate with everyone, but for the price, I'd like to see webhooks as if you've developed something for Zapier, you've already done most of the work. **What problems is UpContent solving and how is that benefiting you?** I want to become a source of information and curate relevant news & blog posts to share on social media, and include them in my newsletter, and website. Such as making the parameters for content research a little more intuitive. We identified a few "Wish List" items, such as the desire for more "Collection" groups than allowed within our subscription classification and the ability for easy newsletter integration included within the terms of our subscription. But, even in reading these "wish list" items, these are trivial for the ability upContent provides us. **Recommendations to others considering UpContent:** In my opinion, this is a great resource for any company struggling with making content more accessible and appealing. We provide internal teams with both branded content and non-branded to share on their networks, with the latter being more difficult and time-consuming to find. Having UpContent takes removes time spent searching out of the equation with a surplus of third-party content available every day. **What do you dislike about UpContent?** Not much so far. There are many bells and whistles and cool features included, and finding out what those are and how to use them can be a bit cumbersome but by no means negative. **Recommendations to others considering UpContent:** Pay attention to the training the team provides! Developers are very friendly and even helped by explaining a good workaround for getting more "categories" than we would otherwise have for our account. **What do you dislike about UpContent?** So far I can't think of anything that I dislike, certainly nothing important. I guess, if anything, I'd like more news sources but it's not as if it's lacking now. Sometimes maybe it seems there aren't thumbnail images when there should be? **What problems is UpContent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting content! We generate our own content but that's time-consuming, obviously. When I first saw UpContent I wondered why on earth I'd want to promote other people's content but then I realised the benefits to our users of hand-chosen curated content. This allows us to easily find, curate, and publish links (with thumbnails, title, summary etc) to quality content.
