What do you dislike about UpContent? There was a steep learning curve for the platform, which is hard for people who struggle with technology. Also, we had to refine the topics many times but it still doesn't catch all the industry news that we'd like to capture. I generally start with industry publications (which requires going to 25+ separate websites for news) and then checking UpContent for anything I missed. It would be great if UpContent found the majority of the articles and could serve as the first stop instead of the last. I like how this tool saves time when it comes to sourcing content. We provide internal teams with both branded content and non-branded to share on their networks, with the latter being more difficult and time-consuming to find. There are many bells and whistles and cool features included, and finding out what those are and how to use them can be a bit cumbersome but by no means negative.
