**What do you like best about Upclick?**

Ive been using Upclick for a year now. I must say I have many complaints. The limited range of features and integration points is not impressive. Occasionally it is a bit difficult to grasp all the services provided through the merchant portal.

**What do you dislike about Upclick?**

The platform is unreliable and unstable because the initial website design seem basic. It does not worth investing time to understand all its functionalities. One of my concerns with Upclick is their lack of transparency regarding advertising.

**What problems is Upclick solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They often fail to mention fees and charges. The reporting features are helpful bit they are overwhelming and difficult to navigate at times. The platform needs to benefit from customization options to better tailor the user experience according to specific business needs.
