Upcase is customer support and case management software for WooCommerce shops whose team works in ClickUp. Staff open a case from any order (a lost parcel, a reship, a refund, a question) and it is created in the right ClickUp list from your template, with the customer's name, email, phone, address, items and tracking filled into your custom fields and the right person assigned. Case statuses, assignees and comments show back on the order, on the orders list and in the customer's history. It handles the whole reship process: the replacement order is created for approval, the customer can be charged postage, and tracking goes back to the case. It respects your shipping days, cut-off time and closed dates. Automatic rules open cases for refunds, failed payments and stuck orders, and a sidebar shows the customer's orders and cases beside every conversation in Missive, Gmail and WhatsApp Web.
