It feels like adding a simple task, like “get the milk.” **What do you dislike about Upbase?** I bought into it because it was presented as being for teams, but there’s basically nothing here that actually supports teams. There’s no real control over anything related to team management, and it doesn’t feel like I can manage or govern team settings in any meaningful way. On top of that, there are no webhooks, and the automation options feel limited and buggy. **What problems is Upbase solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don’t know what they’re fixing. The roadmap is useless, and it doesn’t give any real clarity.
