What do you like best about Unwrap.ai?

Our team is able to use Unwrap to verify the prevalence of issues that surface from conversations with customers who reach out to us via our live chat support or email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unwrap.ai?

I'm not sure I'd go as far as to say that I dislike it, but the product still shows its youth in regard to overall web design. While the ideations behind features are easy to understand, they are not as easy to visually digest at first glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unwrap.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to using Unwrap, our sole source of data regarding the prevalence of customer issues was our customer support team, and personal accounts of prevalence are best confirmed using hard data. Unwrap has allowed us to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
