What do you like best about UnSpot?

I like how easy it is to book and manage meeting rooms. The layout of the app is pretty straightforward, even for those not so used to tech stuff. Also, I like that it lets us see which rooms have what equipment, so we don’t book a space that’s missing something we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UnSpot?

Editing the office layout takes too long and requires help from UnSpot’s team, which is frustrating when we’re making changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UnSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have many teams that need meeting rooms across different offices, and UnSpot helped organize the process. We also use it for desk booking, which was especially useful when we switched to hybrid work. Now, we always know which spaces are free and don’t waste time searching.
