What I like best about Unreal Engine is its versatility for almost any use case, be it for visualization or programming. This is my go-to when I need to kick out a high-quality render for a 3D project or rapidly prototype a new interaction system for an immersive experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Unreal Engine gets constant updates and new features directly from Epic, some plugins and features that are created by third parties can be slow to upgrade to the latest engine version - which can be annoying when wanting to transfer older assets or projects into new engine versions.
